Ingredients

4x tablespoons walnuts, 2x tablespoons mixed seeds, 2x bananas, 8x tablespoons low fat plain yoghurt, 6x tablespoons rolled oats, 1x 250ml apple juice, cinnamon, honey.

Blend together for approximately 2 minutes, pour and enjoy.

If mixture is too thick add more apple juice or water.

If flavoured yoghurt is used, cut-out or reduce honey
